Vanilla Sponge Cake

INGREDIENTS

5 eggs separated
1 ½ cups castor sugar
2 cups flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup water
½ cup oil
Vanilla extract

METHOD

Beat whites stiff.
To the yolks add sugar. Beat well.
Add in rest of ingredients.
Fold whites in.
Bake.
Decorate as desired
