INGREDIENTS
Pie dough
1 roll of Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
Paste ( made with flour and water)
METHOD
Roll out dough. Cut in to rectangle Cut Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
in half. Place in the middle. Cover the Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
with one side. Cut the other side of dough in to strips. Apply the paste on side that not cut. Take each strip and twist and paste on top. Brush with egg.( Sprinkle popy seeds) Bake on 200 degress until golden brown. Serve with your favourite chutney
