½ kg steak cubedCook in 2 tablespoon mayonaise4 tablespoon sourmilk1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 tablespoon crushed green chilliesSalt to taste1 tablespoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)1 tablespoon steak and chops spice1 tablespoon whole black peppercorns1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon vinegar

METHOD

Cook with water till donePrepare 1 packet knorr black pepper sauce as per instruction..mix into steak...simmerFill into pastry
