RECIPE
1 chicken Marinate in the following:¾ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise 1 and ½ teaspoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon chicken spice 2 tablespoon lemon juice Half teaspoon lemon pepper Quarter teaspoon white pepper Quarter teaspoon black pepper 1onion sliced 2tbl butter Quarter cup oil2 whole green chillies
Saute onions in oil and butter, add in whole green chillies When onions turn slightly pink add in marinated chicken and braise few minutes Add 1 and half cup boiling water to cook chicken Cook for 10 minutes then add 1 large or 2 medium potatoes cut in wedgesCook till chicken and potatoes are cooked through.
Creamy Sweet potatoes

4 sweet potatos:Wash, cut into rounds and preboil In a nonstick pan: Heat 3 tablespoon butter Add half cup brown sugar or to taste. When butter and sugar melts add in sweet potatos and fry few minutes. Add in ¾ cup milk and half cup fresh cream.Boil till thick.
