Scones

INGREDIENTS

½ packet self raising flour ( 2 cups)
50 g butter
1 egg
½ cup milk
½ cup castor sugar
Pinch salt

METHOD

Put dry ingredients into a bowl..rub butter in to flour to form breadcrumbz..add in the egg mixed with the milk and form a dough..roll out and press with cutter..bake at 180 degrees until done then glaze with egg while hot..
