INGREDIENTS
1 Chicken washed and cut
Paprika 2 teaspoon
Salt (to taste)
Fresh dhania (coriander)( nice handful)
Red masala little (½- 1 teaspoon)
Crushed red chillie(½ teaspoon)( dry)
Cayenne pepper( ½ teaspoon)
Tom paste ( 1 tablespoon) or tom puree thn 2 tablespoon
Tom sauce 1 tablespoon)
Handful fresh parsley
and oil fr the pot
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ lemon the juice
1 teaspoon garlic
Butter or ghee (Clarified butter)
METHOD
Marinate the chckn and put in fridge atleast fr 1 hour if longer it's better thn heat pot add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) wen nicely hot add chckn leave to cook nicely cn add little water must still b saucy..thn serve wth chips and roti..salad.all time favourite.... enjoy
