INGREDIENTS
1 kg mutton or beef1 medium sized cabbage2 big onionsClovesPepper SaltRed chilli
METHOD
Wash meat nicely and put in pot with cloves..cook till water is absorbed then add onion wen softened. When onions soft den add oil. Braise well til nice and brownAdd salt pepper water as u need. Add cabbage ¼ by ¼Add chilli and cook till done
INFO & TIPS
U can add Worcester sauce to make brown faster..or lil sugar. Or lil soya sauce fr browning ot to brown faster
