INGREDIENTS
The cake part:
2 cups self raising flour
2 eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon Baking powder
410 g peaches
The sauce part:
4 tablespoon butter
190g milk
½ cup coconut
4 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 ¼ cup sugar
METHOD
The cake part:
Mix together and bake for 35 minutes in a pyrex dish..what I dd was I baked in a tin..then serve with custard or desert cream..
The sauce part:
Boil evrything together fr few minutes then wen cake comes out pour on hot cake..
