Zambian Steak Marinade..

INGREDIENTS

Tbone steak..1 kg
1 tablespoon chilli garlic paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic flakes
½ cup vinegar
3 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 tablespoon dry dhania (coriander)
¼ cup oil..
little tom sauce..

METHOD

Marinate steak with above and leav to marinate few hrs..then braai (bbq) and enjoy
