INGREDIENTS
1 punnet marrow
1 packet haloumi
¼ cup flour
2 eggs
¼ cup oil
1 lemon (thinly sliced)
4 sprigs spring onions
1 tablespoon fresh dill
½ cup thick yoghurt
METHOD
Coarsely grate marrows, and squeeze out as much water as you can, mix marrow, spring onions, haloumi, flour, eggs and dill, season with salt and pepper, mix to form a batter. Heat oil and fry fritters..thendrain on paper towel..then to serve put fritter in a plate top with some yoghurt..and lemon and smal sprig dill..enjoy
