500g mince
1 large onion chopped
Chopped green pepper
2 whole green chillies
Braise whole jeera,onion,chillies and green pepper till soft..add mince then add:
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon ginger garlic
Braise then add
¼ cup sourmilk
1 tablespoon mayonaise
½ teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
1 teaspoon chillie powder
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) (Cumin)
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Method
Cook till done,then add 2 ground tomatoes and 2 sliced jalapeños and 1 cubed brinjal and few slices read and yellow pepper and ¼ cup frozen peas and simmer till thick and veggies are soft...
