Veggie recipe - white sauce which I made with alot of aromate, peri peri powder and freshly ground pepper
Layer veggies in a pyrex dish
Top with aromate and cheese
Layer with the sauce (make alot so it doesnt dry out in the oven)
Top with cheese and a bit of salt and more pepper
Grill in the oven till veggies are soft so around 45 minutes thats how long I baked it for.
Healtheir alternative ditch the topped cheese and the butter from making the white sauce
I used frozen veges that included mix veges brocilli carrots etc
