In a dish mix 1 fresh cream,salt,pepper,garlic flakes, 2 tablespoon brown sugar,1 tablespoon bbq spice and 1 tablespoon steak and chops spice and 2 tablespoon crushed red chilles...add to veggies,mix well,steam with blobs of butter...
METHOD
CHICKEN TIKKA
1 chicken cut in 4
1 cup plain yogurt
2 teaspoon ginger garlic
2 teaspoon tandoori masala
2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
2 tablespoon chilli powder
6 tablespoon oil
½ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup tomato sauce
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients , and stir well to combine...slit the chicken here and there...
Dunk the chicken in the marinade and cover chicken with marinate..refrigerate for a few hours..braai (bbq) on a hot fire,baste with any left over marinade,and brush with garlic butter..
