1 chicken cut and washed
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste
2 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon green chillies
1 teaspoon grounded coriander
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Sprinkle Aromat (a South African Spice)
2 dry red chillies
Cook chicken in above.
Make a sauce with 3 tablespoon butter, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, Aromat (a South African Spice) to taste, 1 teaspoon chillie garlic paste.
Throw sauce over chicken and grill in oven.
Serve with wedges and naan or roti.
5 potatoes cut in wedges.
Add 3 thin slices butter, 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste, Aromat (a South African Spice) to taste, garlic and lemon juice.
Microwave till done. Serve with chicken.
