Whole butterflied chicken, slit and marinate in the following: 1 teaspoon coarsely crushed dry chilli flakes (bhirko), 2 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoon sunflower oil, 2 tablespoon garlic crushed, lemon juice crushed fresh green chillies Salt
Marinate for 2 hours and then either grill or braai (bbq). Top with garlic mayo.
GARLIC MAYO - 2 to 3 tablespoon butter,1 heaped teaspoon garlic,salt,little of the coarsely crushed dry chillie flakes (bhirko), a tspful of spring onions, a tablespoon of nandos lemon and herb, boil once and then add a heaped tablespoon of mayonnaise.
Serve piping hot with naan, chips and the remaining garlic mayo.
