Saute peppers and onion and garlic and chilli once soft add chopped tomatoes leave to cook little then liquidise Return to heat add paste and sugar and leave thicken on low. If using meat... cook first then Remove from pa. Use the same pan to make sauce. no need to wash out the pan. Season with snp to taste

Less garlic can be added. I like the garlicky taste. This sauce is very versatile... use as a base for pizzas or in filling. Goes well with any meat chi, steak or fish/praw.
