Potato and pur
5 potatoes boiled with skin
Once boiled. Cool and peel off skin. Cube.
Soak 2 tablespoon coconut in water. Set aside.
Fry crushed garlic, sesame seeds and rai in 2 tablespoon oil.
Throw over potatoes
Fry curry leaves in oil till crisp. Crush and throw over potatoes.
Add Methi (Fenugreek) masala to taste.
Add 2 tablespoon lemon juice and aamli juice. Add salt to taste.
Fry pur light and dark. Crush over. Sprinkle coconut over. Chop fresh coriander and sprinkle over.
Serve with chutney
