500g chicken fillets cut into strips or cubes
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon green masala
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
2 tablespoon cream
Salt to taste
Melt thin slice of butter
Steam chicken on low till done.
Beat 2 eggs
Dip chicken in egg and coat in kellogs breadcrumbs.
Fry in oil till golden brown. Serve with chips
