4 eggs 1 cup castor sugar beat till white and fluffy add ¾ cup oil and quarter boiling water and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and 1 teaspoon caramel essence.
fold in 1 ¼ cup flour and 2 ½ teaspoon baking powder sifted... Pour mixture into a brownie square pan or a normal square pan.
bake at 180 for 30 minutues.Cool & cut cake.
Smooth out caramel treat & pipe on edges of cake.
Pipe cream in the centre.
