caramel cinnabons
10 minute Arabic dough
2 cups warm water
4 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon yeast
2 cups flour
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon milk powder
Mix together and set aside for 15 minutes.
after 15min add in
1⁄2 cup oil
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
knead the dough well
Let dough double then use...
about 45 minutes
Roll out into 2 big squares
make cinnamon sugar with
11/2 cups brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder pecan nuts
melt margarine and brush the two large squares u rolled out then
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar pecans pgenerously.
Roll up like a swissroll and
Slice rounds and place in pan which has been sprayed with spray and cook
Leave to rise... about 20 minutes
Bake at 180° for about 15 to 20min.
Let cool.
while it cools make a Caramel sauce/
ganache with
1 tin caramel treat
¾ tin nestle cream 1 melted dairy milk chocolate 80g
Mix caramel till smooth then add in melted chocolate and nestle cream.
pour over cooled buns and sprinkle with chopped pecan nuts.
