INGREDIENTS
3 xl eggs½ c Caster sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essence¼ c cornflour¼ c cake flour1 heaped t baking powder
METHOD
Beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla until pale and flufflySift together dry ingredients 3 times then fold into egg mixturePour batter into greased pan and bake at 180 for 8-10 minutes

*Caramel treat smoothed out with a bit of milk
*whipped cream and chopped strawberries or strawberry jam
*apricot jam and coconut
