4 Gem squash (halved and pips removed. Cut stems off for a flat base)
1 tin cream style sweetcorn
Salt and pepper (to taste)
crushed green chillies to taste
1⁄2 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoon butter
Steam or boil the gem squash till soft.
drain out water and place gem squash on an oven tray or in an ovenproof dish.
saute green chillies and garlic. than add sweetcorn and butter. Add salt & pepper to taste. Leave on stove till sizzling.
spoon mixture into gem squash and mix.
cover with cheese and sprinkle Parsley over.
grill in oven till cheese is melted.
