INGREDIENTS
                      500g self raising flour
¼ cup nutty wheat flour
¼ cup coconut
¾ cup brown sugar
1 cup mixed nuts
¾ cup all bran flakes cereal
1 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoon aniseed
2 tablespoon sesame seeds
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
½ pound butter
                    
METHOD
                      preheat oven  180 degrees
melt butter,mix in buttermilk,sugar and egg
mix dry ingredients in, put into a deep pan 
,bake for 20 minutes on 180 degrees,remove  
rusks from oven slice  while hot,put rusk back 
into the oven at a lower temp 100 degree until 
dry.
