INGREDIENTS
1 kg mutton
2 big onions
7 cloves
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper
1 cup water
1 green chilli
Carrots
500 g peas
4 Potatoes (in halves )
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
METHOD
Braise onion with cloves in oil
Wash meat and add to onions
After +- 15 minutes add salt..garlic and ginger..pepper and water..wen the meat is almost done add veg and chillie..cook till dne..put peas in lastly..be sure to brown the meat enough that's wag goes it flavour..serve wth white rice..
