2 cups cooked white rice
150g cubed chicken fillet
2 carrots cut in strips
1 cup of cabbage cut up
Green pepper red pepper
1 heaped teasp chilli paste
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Indonesian ketchup Manis (sweet soya sauce)
Fresh coriander for garnishing
Heat olive oil or veg oil.in hot wok.
Add onions and sti fry until golden.
Add veg and stir fry for 5 minutues
Add chicken and still fry. Then add 1 egg
Add all sauces an paste as well as rice until done.
Can be served with a friend egg on top of enjoyed as is. Garnish with green danyah

Make sure the chicken is patted dry before frying or else it will draw water
