INGREDIENTS
1 Fresh cream
Todays puff pastry dough
1 box ultramel custard
chocolate for topping
METHOD
Beat fresh cream till fluffy
Add half box custard to the cream, mix well
Roll out the dough and cut into squares fold the edge from one corner to the other.
Bake at 180 degrees C
Once baked, allow to cool
Pipe cream mixture inside and top with grated chocolate or decorate as you desire.
