500 g Figs washed & soaked in cold water overnight with 2 tablespoon salt ½ cup Methi (Fenugreek) / Achaar masala 3 cups sugar. 1 ½ cups water 1 ½ cup vinegar
1. Strain soaked figs.Water must be completely out. 2. Add masala to figs and keep aside 3. In a pot add the water,vinegar & sugar. Boil for 10 minutes. 4. Add the figs & give a quik boil ± 2 minutes 5. Store in bottles. Allow to stand a day to soak in.
