INGREDIENTS
500g klim powder
1 tin nestle cream
2 teaspoon elachie powder
2tblspn butter
1 cup icing sugar
2 tablespoon sugar
Drop of rose essence
Few strands of saffron
1 cup water
METHOD
Combine the nestle cream with Klim powder and mix until it feels like bread crumbs. Cover and leave for at least 2 hours to dry. Once dry blend into a liquidizer to make fine bread crumb like powder.Add elachie powder and set aside. Boil water on the stove, add the icing sugar, sugar, butter,rose essence and saffron and let it dissolve. Bring to boil and simmer till it feels thick.Gradually add the Klim mixture and cook on the stove for a few minutes. it should not be liquidy but feel thick and ready to be poured into a dish.Pour into Dish or you may nozzle them like I did into small cuppies. Decorate with pista (pistachio nuts) or almonds or anything you desire.
INFO & TIPS
Do not nozzle if warm, allow to cool completely before nozzling.
