RECIPE
500g chicken mince
1 onion grated
2 sliced bread
1 tablespoon chana flour
Chopped greens
Salt
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon crushed green chillies
1 teaspoon red chillie powder
½ teaspoon haldi
1 tablespoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
¼ teaspoon clove powder
Process all together.form kebaabs with oiled hands
Braise one sliced onion with slit green chilli and whole jeera..add kebaabs and some water,fry till kebaabs r done,then add 3 medium tomatoes liquidized..cook till gravy thickens..
Cous cous avail at all supermarkets in the pasta aisle
Simpy empty out packet contents in a bowl..
Add 2 cups boiling water,cover and leave
Open after few minutes and voila..!
