1 packet tennis biscuits (crushed)
125g butter (melted)
1 packet strawberry jelly
200ml boiling water
250g smooth cottage cheese
1 tin condensed milk (397g)
200ml nestle cream
50ml lemon juice
• Combine crushed biscuits and butter, press in pie dish to form the crust.
• Dissolve the jelly in the boiling water, and allow to cool until syrupy
• Mix cottage cheese & condensed milk and cream & lemon juice and then add to the jelly mixture
• Pour onto crust & allow to set.
