1 kg boney mutton
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
3 tablespoon flour
6 pods Elachi (cardomom)
6 cloves
1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon saumph
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
Salt
2 large onions
8 whole peppercorns
2 sticks cinnamon
Wash meat and add to pot with all spices
Make a paste with flour and water.add to meat and add 2 litres water..cook till meat is almost done then add ½ box shan nihari..(Available at most grocery stores)
Grate onions and fry in ghee (Clarified butter),add to pot..and add plenty of chopped greens..
