Any chicken filling or polony or steak filling
Chips fried and seasoned
Unroll phyllo and cut sheets in half.
Seperate and brush hot melted butter
Put chicken then chips and top with cheese.
Fold phyllo over. Brush another sheet with butter. Fold over. Repeat with 2 more sheets. It should look like a sandwich.
Brush top with butter.
Bake at 180° till golden. Serve immediately.
