4 eggs seperated ,1 cup castor sugar ,2 heaped teaspoon baking powder ,1 cup flour ,2 Tblspoon cocoa ,½ cup boiling water ,½ cup oil and 2 rolls of rolo .....
Method: place flour ,sugar ,baking powder in a bowl make a well in the centre and pour boiling water and oil and beat well ,den add egg yolks and cocoa and beat nycly -beat egg whites till stiff and add 1 level teaspoon baking powder ,with a FORK ,gently fold into choc mix ,pour into greased cake tin ,den place rolos over the batter ,press down a little ,bake @ 180 till done .....beat 1 fresh cream with ½ tin of caramel treat ,ice cake with cream and drizzle over choc ganache.and caramel ganache Decorate with rolos
