INGREDIENTS

Chocolate coconut squares

Ingredients
250g butter
¾ cup castor sugar
2 cups coconut
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon cocoa
Flour as needed

METHOD

Method
Cream butter and sugar till soft and fluffy. Add coconut, cocoa & baking powder cream. Add flour to make soft dough. Pat into tray evenly bake on 160°c till done. Cut into squares leave to cool. Decorate with choc or as desired
