in a non stick add the oil, onions and Kari leaves and in low allow for the onions to soften , add the ginger garlic and green chillies braise until you smell flavours . Add the dry spices as well as the veggies ,give it a toss let this cook . Add some water and allow to cook in low put the lid on , make sure the veggies are soft and cooked . Allow all the water to dry out . Before serving fry the Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
in very little little just a little both sides add this to the dry and cooked veggies and serve .
