RECIPE
½ packet ready made pani puri discs (available at most spice shops,looks like flat small papar)
Fry in deep hot oil
Then press holes with thumb on the top
FILLING
4 potatoes boil till tender then mash
1 tin chick peas boiled till soft
Mix with potatoes and add
Salt
Pepper
Crushed green chillies
Freshly chopped greens.
Fill into puris just before serving
Serve with fresh aamli and dhai or green/red chutney

Soak in hot water
Then strain,add
Little red chillies
Salt
DHAI
½ cup sourmilk
Little milk
Dash of lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Little crushed green chillies
Mix well
