250g cooked samoosa mince½ cup chana dhall (lentils) boil in salted water with one peeled potatoBoil together and when done,drain out water..keep water asideMix mince with dhall (lentils).Form into balls..leave asideFor the batter:Drained out dhall (lentils) waterAnd the mashed potato½ teaspoon salt1 cup flour1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 teaspoon baking powderMix together dry ingredientsAdd ghee (Clarified butter),and potato and enough dhall (lentils) water to make a thick paste.keep batter for 2 hoursHeat oil in a deep pan over medium heat fry the balls as followsGrease palm with a little ghee (Clarified butter).put a tablespoon of batter,then place a ball of mince and quickly spread the paste around the ball to cover the ball completelyDrain and serve
