Recipe from indian delights

250g cooked samoosa mince
Half cup chana dhall (lentils) boil in salted water with one peeled potato
Boil together and when done,drain out water..keep water aside
Mix mince with dhall (lentils).
Form into balls..leave aside
For the batter:
Drained out dhall (lentils) water
And the mashed potato
Half teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon baking powder
Mix together dry ingredients
Add ghee (Clarified butter),and potato and enough dhall (lentils) water to make a thick paste.keep batter for 2 hours
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat fry the balls as follows
Grease palm with a little ghee (Clarified butter).put a tablespoon of batter,then place a ball of mince and quickly spread the paste around the ball to cover the ball completely
Drain and serve
