INGREDIENTS
4 Cups Flour4 teaspoon baking powder4 tablespoon castor sugar6 tablespoon butter1 egg2 egg yolksLuke warm milk
METHOD
Rub butter into flour.add sugar...add baking powder...take eggs..mix with Luke warm milk...and make dough....leave for one hour...roll thin like rotis...fry...roll in castor sugar....when cool...(Make half recipe as lots comes out)
