INGREDIENTS
250g butter
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
250ml tub fresh cream
METHOD
Cut butter into cubes and rub into flour to make like breadcrumbs. Add baking powder and fresh cream and make a dough. Roll out once then fold into a square, roll out again and fold again (like making a pastry dough). Cover dough with cling wrap and refridgerate for half an hour. Roll out dough, cut out with a pretzel cutter and sprinkle sugar onto biscuits. Bake in a preheated oven on 180 until golden.
