1kg chicken breasts salt/pepper ground garlic green chillies ½ teaspoon fine cumin 1 teaspoon fine ground coriander
Cook the above until done. Peel 4 potatoes – cut into chips and fry till half done. Mince chips and chicken through mincer. Slice 1 onion, add more chillies and garlic, pinch of tumeric. Add 4 eggs and mix well. Form into triangles, dip in egg and breadcrumbs and then fry.
