INGREDIENTS
Strawberries
1 tub cream cheese
½ cup icing sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
Finely crushed Tennis or Nuttikrust biscuits
METHOD
Slice strawberries into quarters from the bottom until halfway up, don't slice right through (see picture). Whisk together the cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla essence until smooth and pipe filling into strawberries. Sprinkle crushed biscuits on top.
INFO & TIPS
Alternatively you can cut the tops of strawberries off and scoop out a bit of the pulp with a melon baller so that the strawberry is hollow. Add the strawberry to your cream cheese mixture and pipe into strawberries and top with crushed biscuits.
