500g deboned hake fillets (cut into bite sizes)
Wash fish and drain well...
MARINATE IN:
2 teaspoon green chillies. 1 teaspoon garlic. Juice of 1 lemon. 1 teaspoon salt..Leave for 2-3 hours...
1 teaspoon fish spice
BATTER.... 1cup flour. Half teaspoon salt. Quater teaspoon pepper. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1tblsp melted butter.. Mix ingredients together with water and beat well to form a smooth batter...Dip each piece of fish in batter and fry until golden..drain excess oil on paper towel....serve with freshly fried chips
