2 cups cake flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
250g room temp butter
¾ cup sugar
Half cup milk
Sift all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.Leave aside.
Beat together butter and sugar until pale and fluffy,gradually add in the eggs mix well till creamy.
Add in vanilla essence.
Gradually fold in the flour mixture keeping in 3 additions with milk ending of with flour mixture.
Grease a square shaped cup cake tins and bake at 180•.until light brown. Allow to cool once baked.
2 cups of icing sugar
⅓ cup of cocoa powder
3 tblspn butter
½ cup milk
Boil everything in a pot until little thick and sticky remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
Dip cakes in syrup and roll in coconut.
