Creamy Alfredo Pasta
2 cups macaroni or any pasta of your choice boiled & drained
Mushrooms sliced
Peppers diced
Fresh parsley-chopped
Salaami (or any Polony) sliced & cut into Strips
Salt to taste
Black Pepper
Dash of paprika
Fresh chopped green chilli (optional)
Butter
1Β½cups Milk
2Β½ tablespoon maziena
Β½ cup grated cheese
2 tablespoon sour cream
ΒΌ cup fresh cream
METHOD
In a pot heat some olive oil, Add in mushrooms, peppers some parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, green chillies & cook till almost done add in Salaami or Polony and cook a little bit like a quick stir fry...
Mix Milk and maziena together until smooth & lump free & add into pot. Keep stirring until it starts to thicken. Add in rest of ingredients and still until thick & creamy. Toss pasta in and mix well. Dot with butter and garnish with fresh chopped parsley & danya & close pot & allow it to steam on low for few minutues. Serve immediately...
This is approximate measurements I used I don't have exact quantities of spices etc as I made this recipe up is as I started cooking
I'm sure it will steam well in the oven too
