1⁄2 cup Nutella 1⁄2 cup peanut butter 1⁄2 each chopped almonds, pecans & hazelnuts (save some for sprinkling on top) 1 cup icing sugar 1 cup dessicated coconut 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Mix all ingredients together in a dish using your hands until it resembles a dough. Make small balls and freeze for about an hour until very firm. Remove from freezer and place balls onto a slotted spoon. Coat in melted chocolate and sprinkle chopped nuts (work very quickly as the chocolate will start to freeze once coated). Place onto wax wrap to set and then wrap in gold foil or put in small baking cups.
