Mixed Up Veggies

INGREDIENTS

Mccain vegetables country crop
Mccain peas and cornbeef
Sesame seeds
Zeal
Onion
Olive oil

METHOD

Boil veggies as instructed on packet
Then braise onion wth little oil then add veggies and zeal and I add some aromatic roast potatoes spice the Robertson 1...and cn add some chickpeas if u like and add sesame seeds..cn add watevr veggies spice u have..wen done serve wth chicken and roti

INFO & TIPS

If u don't have mccain veggies u can use fresh ones and toss wth dome olive oil
