INGREDIENTS
                      About half box vermicelli 
Sugar is required 
1 cup water ( add more water if required ) 
1 cup milk 
3 Elachi (cardomom) pods crushed open 
1 stick cinnamon 
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 
1 small tin nestle cream 
Handful crushed nuts of your choice
                    
METHOD
Add the vermicelli Elachi (cardomom) and cinnamon to a big size pan or pot.Dry roast it until you these the color changing to brown now add the ghee (Clarified butter) and lower the heat add the water and milk and allow the vermicelli to cook until , 5 minutes to cooking this add the sugar as well and allow to cook until soften adding more water if necessary . Serve with nestle cream and nuts .
