INGREDIENTS
3 medium potatoes, cubed and boiled
1 onion, finely sliced
½ teaspoon crushed garlic
Green masala
1 tablespoon aamli, soaked in boiling water & strained
Salt/Pepper
Red chillies
Fried samoosa par
Chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Lay potatoes in a dish and season with salt, pepper and red chillies. Saute onion on medium heat until soft, then add garlic and green masala (do not let onions get brown). Spoon onions on top of potatoes, then drizzle the aamli juice. Garnish with dhania (coriander) and lay samoosa par on top. Serve hot.
