1 punnet strawberries, sliced
1-2 tablespoons castor sugar
2 teaspoons rose syrup
1 teaspoon elachie syrup
1 teaspoon Rooh Afza syrup
1 tin Nestle cream OR 250ml whipped fresh cream
Add sugar and syrups to strawberries in a bowl but do not stir it in. Cover with cling wrap and refridgerate for a few hours. Mix in the cream (you can add pink food colouring if you want it more pink).
INFO & TIPS
Add a splash of rose water for extra rose flavour. You can layer strawberries and cream separately with crushed biscuits to make a trifle.
