Beat butter and sugar.
add vanilla essence and eggs.
add rest of ingredients and beat. It will be a soft dropping batter.
Fry 1 teaspoon of batter at a time in deep hot oil.
Once fried drain in collander.
when slightly cool, roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture or dip in chocolate.
