2 cups self-raising flour 2 tablespoon melted butter 2 eggs ½ cup sugar 1 cup maas 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 teaspoon baking powder
Beat butter and sugar. add vanilla essence and eggs. beat well. add rest of ingredients and beat. It will be a soft dropping batter. Fry 1 teaspoon of batter at a time in deep hot oil. Once fried drain in collander. when slightly cool, roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture or dip in chocolate.
